How to become a CFA? I am a commerce student class 11th ?

Firstly superb choice of career. One of the most sought out career.

But definitely a little tough to pursue the course.

Majorly you would require few traits like:

• Patience &
• Consistency

But do note that it is not so easy to carry on with the course. As with each level, the difficulty level increases.

Anyways a great start to the career you have chosen.

In the field of commerce try and major with Accounts as a specialization till you Graduate.

Especially if you could opt for a self financed course known as BFA, Bachelors in Finance and Accounting, would be good or else regular B.Com with Accounts specialization would be very very necessary.

Post graduation, you could either opt for a job or get into further courses or certificates or diploma programs related to accounting.

But most preferably getting into the industry with accounts related job.

The reason is, that for pursuing CFA course, the eligibility criteria is 4 years of relevant work experience.

Since CFA is a specialized courses related to Financial accounts so your knowledge in terms of accounts needs to be minutest.

CFA can be pursued either through an International Institute or through an Indian Institute.

Both have an equal level of difference. Each has 3 levels, which require a minimum 48 hours of relevant work experience.

Is the scope of being Jewellery Designer in India more than in USA or any foreign countries?

The scope of being a jewellery designer in India is definitely more than in USA or any foreign country as India is the largest consumer of gold jewellery in the world as well it is also the world's largest diamond cutting and polishing center in the world. The jewelry industry in India is truly employment oriented and there are openings for various categories of jobs. Jewellery manufacturers and designer firms offer both artisans jobs as well as jobs for designers. Starting with own jewellery house is possible for those with adequate funds.Jewellery designers can also freelance for both Indian and international markets at the same time. With proper foreign contacts , export opportunities may be tapped on an individual basis by jewellery designers. Many designers opt for higher training abroad or set up their own training center. Permanent employment can be found with big export or designer houses or in small exclusive set ups.

CAT EXAM :- 2014

Common Admission Test 2014 (CAT 2014) is starting from today(forenoon and afternoon sessions). The second slot for the exam will be conducted on November 22, 2014 (forenoon and afternoon sessions).

Checklist for the D-day:
-Carry the right documents - admit card, original and valid identification, SC/ST and DA supporting documents
-Plan your travel time, check map/directions on the CAT website
-Avoid coming late to the examination. Arrive at least one-and-a-half hours before scheduled test time

These course have a greater scope CA AND CFA. what is the eligibility criteria to be a CA. Its should be helpful or not ?

CA is a well known and acceptable degree of education in India, lot of CA are running a successful practice of their own and many are working at middle and senior level. CA deals with specialization on subjects like Accounting, Taxation, Law, Costing, Finance etc. CA has been one of the most successful career option for commerce student. 

The only limitation with CA is that its very long course and requires a very high level of patience since the result of CA are very low and its very difficult for any one to pass CA.

CFA (Chartered financial Analyst) Is the course which has gained high amount of visibility and acceptability among the financial markets and investment communities . CFA Deals with Subjects which are focused towards Financial market and investment domain. CFA is widely regarded and rewarding career in abroad but it has got a limited acceptability in India at this moment.

If you ask about the topics covered it would be CA which has higher coverage of topics in terms of the knowledge if provide but it became a general degree which can provide you opportunities in various industry and sphere of job market.

CFA would be specific towards a Investment market community and thus it would be a focused course, so if you want to make your career in Financial market then it would be better to do CFA otherwise it should be CA

Interesting that you wish to pursue a career which is highly creative and is rarely opted for students as a career.Firstly before you opt for this career, please do check how good is your visualization skills and how innovative are you??Secondly, why do you wish to pursue this career???To pursue Animations, one can pursue it from a UGC recognised university. Either a Diploma or a degree course are available under the UGC system. These courses are mainly industry specific and does provide you with jobs in the leading industry.Instead of pursuing a course from a private institute like MAAC, NIIT, etc, which definitely charges you a bomb, It would be advisable to pursue the course from a government recognized university.

Which course to take up being a commerce student after 12th class?

Hi I am a commerce student and need guidance on the career options available. The subjects of interest for me are maths and english. I like maths a lot but do not like the chapters sets and relation and function but recently got to know that these are the main chapters in Maths honours. Regarding English , I am interested in doing English honours bit my English isn't that good and my grammar is quite weak so I am afraid wether I will be able to do this course. I like accounts too but the theory part of accounts is a drawback for me. Which course or subject should I select as my career option.
